About the role As a Monitoring Assistant, you are the early-warning system for our operations team. You will review staff activity, screenshots, and work patterns to identify red flags before they become client problems. This is not a passive role. It requires judgment, attention to detail, and the confidence to flag issues reputed company and accurately.
