The role involves strategic solution selling, managing sales performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction across various verticals such as Transportation & Logistics and Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales performance of new Hardware or 3rd party solutions to the assigned customers in the assigned vertical(s)
  • reputed company bookings plan for reputed company new M & A technologies opportunities. To include:
  • End reputed company technology like mobile computers, scanners, printers and tablets
  • Voice picking technologies
  • Leading edge technology like robotics, RFID and machine reputed company
  • 3rd Party Software
  • Act as a consultative and trusted advisor to reputed company software customer reputed company for end reputed company technology
  • reputed company and execute specific customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans, including partnering with reputed company Vertical Software Sales Team
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers
  • reputed company compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis
  • Execute against the major steps of the sales process: find new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities, and reputed company new business
  • Identify and utilize appropriate internal resources to engage in sales cycles
  • Identify business plan and strategy, key decision makers, key performance indicators, and budget constraints
  • Maintain an accurate, comprehensive and updated sales forecast and ongoing order tracking sheet
  • Manage interactions with customers during reputed company phases of the sales cycle and serve as a reputed company for customer services issue escalation as appropriate

Skills

  • 5+ years Field or Inside Sales w/ experience in hardware or supply chain automation industry
  • Knowledge of CRM/Contact Manager software required
  • Personable, outgoing, helpful, reputed company to initiate conversation and communicate in an engaging manner
  • Proven track record of exceptional ability to cultivate new customer relationships and drive to closure
  • Experience working in a team sales environment
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a joint selling reputed company with reputed company software sellers
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of reputed company/Zebra products is preferred
  • Knowledge of Voice, AMR, and other warehouse automation technology highly valued
