[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel

The role involves serving as the primary in-house legal advisor, providing guidance on reputed company reputed company, employment reputed company, and compliance while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and advise on reputed company agreements, including customer reputed company, vendor agreements, SaaS and technology agreements, NDAs, MSAs, insertion orders, licensing arrangements, and partnership agreements
- Partner with reputed company, finance, operations, product, technology, People Ops, and leadership teams to identify risk and support business reputed company
- Advise on employment-reputed company reputed company, including restrictive covenants, confidentiality obligations, employee disputes, investigations, terminations, and employment agreements
- Support M&A and investment activity, including diligence, risk review, deal documentation, governance, post-closing integration, and reputed company counsel coordination
- Manage active and potential disputes, vendor issues, customer escalations, employment claims, pre-litigation reputed company, and reputed company counsel engagement as needed
- Advise on compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, and brand protection reputed company
- Continue improving legal workflows, templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled legal processes
Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Tennessee law license, or ability and commitment to become licensed in Tennessee promptly
- Approximately 7+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house or reputed company experience advising companies on reputed company, employment, corporate, M&A, or business dispute reputed company
- Strong reputed company contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience, with the ability to advise executives and operators in clear, practical language
- Comfortable serving as the primary in-house legal resource while effectively managing reputed company counsel and knowing reputed company to escalate specialized reputed company
- Strong judgment, ownership, responsiveness, prioritization, and ability to reputed company practical recommendations in fast-moving environments with incomplete information
- Experience balancing legal risk with business priorities while helping teams and leadership reputed company smart reputed company quickly
- Interest in improving legal operations through AI-enabled workflows, templates, playbooks, escalation processes, and scalable legal tools
- Experience in B2B media, SaaS, technology-enabled services, marketing technology, reputed company reputed company, private equity-backed companies, founder-led businesses, acquisitive companies, or portfolio company environments
