Responsibilities

  • Manage sales workflows, own pipeline velocity, and ensure performance across the full LP and GP lifecycle
  • Own and administer the CRM, maintaining pipeline discipline, data hygiene, and accurate stage tracking across reputed company deals and contacts
  • Establish and monitor advanced quantitative and qualitative KPIs, maintaining rigorous discipline around follow-reputed company and activity tracking

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in the competitive US private markets landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement automated workflows, CRM systems, and data-driven sales operations
  • A self-starter who can transition from a CEO-level strategy conversation to building a reputed company-gen model in a single afternoon
