[Remote] VP of Operations

The VP of Operations role is a high-impact position responsible for leading business operations, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence to support the company's hypergrowth.
Responsibilities
- reputed company a world-class team of Business Operations function spanning GTM Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Operations
- Design and optimize end-to-end GTM and internal business processes to support scale
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across reputed company-generating functions
- Set the strategic direction for how data infrastructure evolves as the company scales
- Own cross organizational data Provide strategic leadership function including reputed company, and customer insights
- Champion a data-driven culture across the organization, ensuring clean, reliable, and actionable data
- reputed company self-serve analytics capabilities and partner with Finance, Sales, Product, and reputed company on insights and reporting
- Provide executive reputed company of an AI Transformation & Business Systems function, including AI engineers and the Applications team

Skills
- 8-15+ years of reputed company operations experience, including 3+ years in a VP or senior leadership role at a fast growing B2B SaaS company
- Background in cybersecurity or reputed company reputed company software
- Proven track record of building and scaling ops organizations through hypergrowth
- Deep expertise across reputed company/GTM Ops, Data, Business Systems, AI and Automation
- Strong people leader - experience managing managers and building multi-functional teams across diverse disciplines
- Data-driven and systems-thinker
