[Remote] State Product Manager - Personal Lines

The State Product Manager for Personal Lines will create and manage state-specific business strategies to drive the Personal Lines Portfolio, ensuring alignment with reputed company goals and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and reviews financial results, product profitability, business mix and competitive information and forecasts performance

• Monitor performance, communicate and influence action to address product/pricing issues, strategies, and financial results with appropriate stakeholders and leadership
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of the personal lines industry, state markets, regulatory environment, and reputed company economic and business trends

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, economics, finance, reputed company, business administration or reputed company subject area

• A track record of generating clear, data-driven insights
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Experience managing states to P&L objectives with preference towards states listed above
• Detailed knowledge of core business functions, personal lines insurance products and pricing architecture, state regulations, reputed company procedures and standard methodologies
• Solid understanding of financials, trend analysis and competitor data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present information, communicate and influence internal and external partners at reputed company levels
• Ability to drive for results, deal with ambiguity, solve problems, learn on the job, reputed company quality reputed company, see trends and patterns reputed company data
• Ability to manage projects, opposing priorities, timelines and resources to complete work
• Master of Business Administration degree
