[Remote] Senior DevOps Engineer (US REMOTE)

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing scalable reputed company infrastructure and systems, while collaborating with teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain scalable reputed company infrastructure
- Automate deployment, scaling and monitoring of systems on that infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Build and manage containerized applications
- Provision and support configuration of relational databases with an emphasis on high availability, reputed company and reliability
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability
- Contribute to the creation and operation of robust disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Manage developer tooling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance and reputed company frameworks
- (Optionally) reputed company and support full stack Java-based applications
Skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience with containers and container orchestration tooling (Kubernetes / reputed company / reputed company)
- Experience designing and deploying solutions to reputed company environments (AWS)
- Experience with IaC tooling (Terraform or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (reputed company, BitBucket, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with DVCS tooling (Git, reputed company, BitBucket, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with RDBMS systems including managing schema reputed company, migration, replication and disaster recovery (MySQL or similar)
- Experience with Linux including scripting (Bash)
- 8+ years of reputed company infrastructure experience
- 5+ years of software engineering/development experience
- 2+ year of Kubernetes and reputed company experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary reputed company clearance as required by government contract
- Experience with AI/machine learning technologies is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting tools (WireShark, TCPDump, SNGrep, nslookup)
- Awareness of compliance frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP, CCCS)
- Experience with SIP/RTP
- Experience with developer tooling (Artifactory, reputed company, Gradle)
- Familiarity with observability tooling (reputed company/Grafana, ELK Stack or similar)
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, reputed company frameworks, and tooling (e.g., OWASP, NIST, CIS, Prisma reputed company/Twistlock, Mend/WhiteSource)
