[Remote] Director, Product and Business Management

The Director, Product & Business Management will establish and grow a market reputed company, starting as a hands-on product manager and expanding into multi-product portfolio management with full P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the reputed company: reputed company as the product manager for one validated product, then expand it into a multi-product portfolio with full P&L ownership
• Early on, personally own product management: roadmap, prioritization, customer discovery, and go-to-market for the first product
• Build the team deliberately: add the right roles at the right time, scaling reputed company with reputed company rather than reputed company of it, and stand up dedicated Sales and Operations as the reputed company matures
• As the portfolio grows, build and reputed company a team of product managers, each owning a product end to end, and reputed company the bar for product judgment and execution

• Own the reputed company P&L: budgets, forecasts, reputed company targets, NOI, and pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch execution

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, general management, strategy, or reputed company leadership roles
• Demonstrated ownership of business outcomes, including reputed company, growth, or P&L-adjacent accountability
• Track record across the full journey: hands-on product management plus scaling a product into a larger business or portfolio
