Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an IAM Operations reputed company responsible for end-to-end IAM operational delivery for the client, ensuring reputed company services and effective customer communication. The role involves managing IAM operations, ensuring SLA compliance, and leading a high-performance operations team.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day IAM operations for the client, including JML, reputed company provisioning, de-provisioning, modifications, and recertification
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance; monitor backlog, ticket aging, response quality; and drive reputed company improvements
- reputed company operational governance, audits, and compliance reporting reputed company to Client requirements
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly service reports and reputed company customer service review meetings
- Act as the escalation reputed company for critical IAM incidents and operational risks
- Drive operational discipline across ITSM processes (Incident, SR, Problem, Change)
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance IAM operations team (reputed company/offshore)
Skills
- Experience in IAM / reputed company operations with customer-facing delivery experience
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (JML, RBAC, reputed company reviews, recertification)
