This hands-on consulting role will focus on Capital Expenditures and process optimization, providing visibility at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Capital Expenditure reputed company across a large, reputed company portfolio
- Ensure accurate cost capitalization and proper reputed company treatment
- Serve as a trusted SME for Controllership leadership
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign financial & operational processes
- reputed company or support process optimization and transformation initiatives
- Apply reputed company estate reputed company expertise to support business-critical reputed company
- Contribute to strategic and cross-functional finance projects
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on CapEx reputed company experience (cost booking / capitalization)
- Strong experience in the reputed company Estate industry
- Background in Controllership roles (in-house or consulting) reputed company large organizations ($500M+)
- Proven ability to redesign and implement financial processes
- Experience in Fortune 500 or large-scale environments
- Big 4 background is a strong plus
