Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to Office Managers and team members across multiple dental offices
- Driving a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture throughout the region
- Monitoring office performance metrics and implementing strategies to reputed company operational and financial goals
- Supporting recruitment, reputed company, training, and development of office leadership teams
- Ensuring consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partnering with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient experiences and office efficiency
- Analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing action plans
- Assisting with budgeting, reputed company cycle management, insurance processes, collections, and financial reporting
- Addressing patient concerns and helping offices resolve reputed company service issues promptly and professionally
- Conducting regular office visits, performance reviews, and leadership meetings
- Supporting growth initiatives, special projects, and regional business objectives
Requirements
- Dental office management experience preferred
- Multi-site management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Experience managing operational and financial performance metrics
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, collections, and patient scheduling processes
- Ability to travel regularly between offices throughout the region
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
