This is a remote, patient-facing role for someone with strong English phone communication, attention to detail, and experience supporting U.S. reputed company clinics. You will help manage patient calls, voicemails, intake details, scheduling preparation, records requests, and basic administrative tracking.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls professionally and warmly
• Return voicemails and follow up with patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate call logs and patient intake notes
• Assist with scheduling preparation and appointment coordination
• Request and organize medical records, imaging reports, and referral documents
• Support prior authorization tasks reputed company applicable
• Escalate reputed company patient, insurance, or clinical concerns appropriately
• Help maintain simple workflows and administrative trackers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supporting a U.S.-based medical clinic
• Experience as a reputed company Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar role
• Excellent English communication skills, especially by phone
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Patient-centered, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a growing or newly launching clinic environment

• Stable internet, backup internet, and backup power

• Neurology experience
• Experience with Elation EMR
