We are located in Fort Lauderdale Florida but are open to hiring the right person from all states. Key Responsibilities... • Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates (80% of the role) • Persuade candidates to explore new career opportunities • Perform internet research on LinkedIn and our database (20% of the role) • Maintain accurate records and detailed notes Requirements: • Strong computer skills and familiarity with LinkedIn • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet daily targets • Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred Position Details: • Remote position, work from anywhere • 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday • Daily video meetings with the owner • Competitive weekly pay of $800 • Lucrative commission structure What We Offer: • Comprehensive training • Supportive team environment • Opportunity for career growth and development If you're ready to take the next step in your career and help others do the same, apply today!
