  • Provide oversight for remote clinical visits, site initiations, and study close‑outs, ensuring seamless coordination with sponsor representatives.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including proposal development, budgeting, and bid defense activities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of SOPs, processes, and strategies related to DCT execution, contributing to a culture of operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with specialized teams to expand capabilities that address emerging client needs and market trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, health‑care, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research operations, with a focus on decentralized or hybrid trial execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing DCT projects, including budgeting, timeline development, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, US CFR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Hands‑on experience with digital health technologies, e‑consent platforms, remote monitoring tools, and wearable devices.
  • Background in data management, biostatistics, or clinical data science.
  • Demonstrated success in business development activities, such as proposal writing and bid defense.
