Overview: reputed company’s Legal team plays an important and global role across reputed company our offices. The team provides their expertise, advise, recommendation and support to multiple parts of the business to ensure a seamless and efficient process. We are currently seeking a reputed company Specialist to serve as the main reputed company of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders regarding reputed company contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel. What You'll Do: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating reputed company types of reputed company, including client and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc., for global stakeholders in various company locations Responsible for managing reputed company Queue and coordination of reputed company aspects of contract management Serve as primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and revision, copies, questions, status updates etc. Review, respond and manage reputed company-reputed company questions reputed company the reputed company inbox Manage Contract Template library and other reputed company functions Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on reputed company as needed Special projects on an as-needed reputed company What You Have: Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years' experience working with reputed company Law Degree is a big plus, but is not required Contract management experience, preferably in-house Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting and negotiating legal agreements Experience reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements Strong organizational and communications skills, ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, track and follow up on projects Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with internal and external contacts at reputed company reputed company, including across various offices as necessary Ability to digest reputed company compliance practices and the diligence to ensure that contractual drafting and review is always consistent with those practices Ability to work independently and seek assistance or support as necessary Ability to shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative where appropriate, reputed company while meeting deadlines and providing timely responses Strong client service focus and flexibility Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment Must handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and reputed company Preferred Qualifications: Apttus/reputed company (reputed company) reputed company management system experience is reputed company helpful Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws and experience negotiation data processing agreements Knowledge of legal developments in AI and how to incorporate them into reputed company reputed company Offer: The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
