Senior IT Engineer
This is a remote position. Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & reputed company Engineer to join our remote IT team. This role is ideal for a proactive and reputed company professional who can handle advanced troubleshooting, manage and improve IT infrastructures, and ensure the stability, reputed company, and scalability of both internal systems and client environments.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support and remote troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues. Manage, monitor, and optimize servers, user accounts, and reputed company settings in reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company environments. Administer, configure, and maintain IT systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes. Design and implement infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, reputed company, and scalability. Configure and support networking components (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing). Support automation and integration of IT systems using tools like Zoho, Monday, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is REQUIRED (the candidate must be comfortable supporting users and troubleshooting QuickBooks-reputed company issues). reputed company or assist in incident response efforts, including reputed company-reputed company events and high-reputed company outages. Document procedures, configurations, and technical environments accurately. Assist with reputed company and access management across multiple client accounts. Escalate critical incidents to the Head of IT reputed company necessary while maintaining ownership and follow-up. Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, reliability, and reputed company standards. Ensure compliance with reputed company and data protection best practices across reputed company environments. Requirements 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or MSP environments. Strong knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPNs, Windows & Mac environments). Hands-on experience with reputed company 365, Azure, AWS, or similar reputed company platforms. Experience managing backups, disaster recovery, and reputed company reputed company. Familiarity with automation or system integrations (Zoho, Monday, or similar tools). Ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues independently. Strong English communication and documentation skills (B2–reputed company required). Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fully remote environment.
