Executive Recruiter, Leadership Hiring
This is a remote position. This is a position reputed company reputed company and not with one of its clients. This role supports high-reputed company search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple reputed company assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, reputed company outcomes, and assessment approach
- Deliver senior-level talent insights (availability, compensation signals, competitor mapping)
- reputed company, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
- Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
- Support offer processes, reference checking, and reputed company coordination as needed
- Track reputed company and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
Requirements
- Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including reputed company stakeholder management
- Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
- Ability to provide reputed company market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
- High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
