Your future role at a glance Location: Remote Department/Specialty: Chief Legal Counsel Schedule: Full time, days Salary: $146,000.00- $248,200.00 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive #LI-Remote How you'll reputed company an impact in this role Drafting, reviewing and negotiating managed care agreements, including value based care arrangements. Advising on reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements for Medicare, reputed company and reputed company payers, including risk adjustment compliance. Advising on disputes and litigation reputed company to payer payment and contractual issues. Advising on clinically Integrated Network issues and antitrust compliance. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Attorney obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education: Juris Doctorate degree required. Work Experience: 5 years of experience as licensed, practicing attorney required.
