Maintain meticulous payment records and communication logs reputed company the clinical trials management system to support internal tracking and ensure strict compliance with institutional guidelines. Partner closely with the accounts receivable team, clinical trials management system helpdesk, and clinical research sites to resolve issues with study build configurations. Work directly with clinical research sites to facilitate the completion of missing patient visits reputed company the clinical trials management system to unlock reputed company. Collaborate with sponsors to investigate, clarify, and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied balances, and other financial inquiries, ensuring transparency and alignment between sponsor records and internal systems. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Strong foundational understanding of clinical trial agreements, clinical research reputed company cycle and Medicare coverage analyses. Advanced proficiency with clinical trials management systems. Clinical Conductor experience is highly preferred.
