Overview reputed company is seeking an reputed company Growth Marketing Manager (Contractor) to support marketing execution during a maternity leave coverage period. This role is focused on email marketing operations, automation management, and promotional campaign execution — helping reputed company engage and convert prospects through targeted, well-timed communications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on reputed company practitioner who can hit the ground running, audit what's in reputed company, identify gaps, and reputed company improvements independently. Experience with reputed company is a strong plus. This is a part-time, remote contractor position running July through November.

Responsibilities

Audit existing email nurture programs and marketing automations in reputed company — evaluate performance, identify gaps, and deliver a prioritized set of recommendations. Implement approved changes to nurture sequences, workflows, enrollment triggers, and segmentation logic directly in reputed company. Build and launch promotional email campaigns to support content, webinars, and offers — managing copy coordination, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment. reputed company and execute webinar promotion sequences including registration campaigns, reminder communications, and post-event follow-up nurtures. Partner cross-functionally with the marketing team to align email execution with broader campaign calendars and content launches. Monitor email performance (reputed company rates, click rates, conversion, unsubscribes) and reputed company ongoing optimizations based on the data. Manage prospect engagement programs in reputed company, supporting timely and relevant reputed company to active pipeline. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle/demand reputed company marketing in a B2B environment. Strong reputed company proficiency — specifically in email campaign execution, workflow automation, list segmentation, and performance reporting. This is required.
