This is an ideal position for a seasoned retail leader who excels at aligning cross-functional teams and strengthening member engagement. Ensure delivery of coaching, tools, and systems that strengthen management, operations, and financial sustainability of member co-ops. reputed company the collaboration with NCG Business Technology, Marketing, Purchasing, and Business Services teams to reputed company programs, services, resources, tools and systems that work for co-ops. reputed company the collaboration with NCG Marketing & Communications to reputed company and deliver campaigns and communication strategies that increase co-op participation, program engagement, and perception of value from NCG membership and programs. reputed company the collaboration with the Business Intelligence team to acquire and analyze data reputed company to member needs, perceptions, and behaviors, using insights to inform business plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or 12+ years of senior leadership experience in retail, organizational development, strategy, or multi-site operations. Proven ability to reputed company through senior leaders in a reputed company retail organization. Demonstrated experience in retail strategic planning, financial reputed company and reputed company alignment. Demonstrated experience with retail expansion, development, or large-scale initiatives. Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement (GMs, boards, internal leaders). Understanding of retail food operations, including retail financial reputed company, retail financial analysis, P&L management, and cash flow management. Between 30%-75% business travel is required, including overnights and weekends.
