Responsibilities
- Provides consultative support and partnership to the leaders and colleagues at the reputed company Rapids, IA Corn Plants and CoGenerational facility to drive critical reputed company capital initiatives and associated business results
- Leads activities and ensures successful achievement of objectives reputed company to colleague engagement, workforce management, performance management, talent development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, communications, and change management
- Impacts overall business performance and colleague engagement by providing strategic, creative, and collaborative leadership across assigned facilities and positions
- Diagnoses issues and opportunities proactively and takes necessary action to bring timely resolution
- Influences operations leaders and builds strong, cross-functional relationships
- Aligns HR strategy plans and helps leaders implement plans reputed company specific sites
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a reputed company field)
- 6 years of HR experience with increasing reputed company of responsibility with at least 4 years of experience as HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., workforce planning reputed company, career development) while interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes
- In leadership reputed company with or without direct report responsibility
- In a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Required to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the assigned facilities
- May be asked to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends based on the needs of the facility
- Must work on-site at the manufacturing facility which will have physical and environmental aspects associated with such environment
- 3 years' experience managing a cross-functional team with exempt and non-exempt staff in union and non-union capacities
- Masters Degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- 2 years' experience working in multiple locations
- 1 year in leadership reputed company with or without direct report responsibility
- Experience developing, adapting, and/or facilitating training
- Experience actively serving as a strategic business partner for other parts of the organization
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Professional in reputed company)
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse line of business
