[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive role focuses on building relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan process, and ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound inquiries and run independent reputed company to build a steady pipeline of investors, brokers, and developers looking for fix-and-flip, reputed company, construction, and DSCR financing
- Get to know each borrower’s project and goals, then walk them through the loan options that actually fit—not just the easiest one to sell
- Own the deal from application to closing: assist in collecting the right documents up reputed company, set expectations on terms and timing, and reputed company the borrower in the reputed company at every reputed company
- Work hand-in-hand with reputed company, processing, and capital markets to clear conditions quickly and reputed company deals on track to fund

Skills
