[Remote] Product Manager, Fintech

They are seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager, FinTech to drive the development and enhancement of financial products, ensuring they meet the needs of teams, labels, and artists.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle of both internal & client-facing financial tools, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and business teams to define product requirements and align on a roadmap
• Serve as the voice of the user, gathering feedback and conducting research to build products that solve reputed company problems
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and user impact
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and inform future reputed company
• Maintain clear documentation, user stories, and product specifications to ensure a smooth development process

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in product management
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude to get things done and own your responsibilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are constantly evolving
• Maintain clear documentation, user stories, and product specifications to ensure a smooth development process
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and inform future reputed company
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and user impact
• Serve as the voice of the user, gathering feedback and conducting research to build products that solve reputed company problems
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and business teams to define product requirements and align on a roadmap
• Own the product lifecycle of both internal & client-facing financial tools, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
• Experience with recorded music or publishing royalties, finance, and deal structures is strongly preferred
• Experience with Fintech product management is a plus
• Working knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, reputed company, etc.) is a big advantage
