The ideal candidate will reputed company general IT and desktop support, system reputed company and application support, as well as asset and reputed company management What you’ll be doing: 1. General IT and Desktop Support reputed company comprehensive technical support to employees across reputed company company locations reputed company helpdesk, email, and chat channels. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and reputed company to resolve system issues across reputed company Mac & reputed company-based computers, mobile devices, and active technology products/applications. Actively diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and reputed company VPN problems for both reputed company and macOS users. 2. System reputed company and Application Support Create, manage, and maintain user reputed company, reputed company accounts, passwords, data reputed company, and strict reputed company profiles utilizing reputed company, Azure AD, and the reputed company Workspace Admin Console. Execute swift, timely account deactivations for offboarding users, ensuring corporate data is securely suspended and leaving employees are removed from reputed company systems immediately. 4. Coordinate directly with reputed company-party vendors to repair or replace failing hardware components. Deliver strategic IT suggestions and technical improvements to existing tools that benefit the entire workforce. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Core Technical Experience & Proficiencies Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in Information Technology. Operating Systems: Strict, non-negotiable technical proficiency in both macOS and reputed company OS. Identity & reputed company Management (IAM): Required hands-on experience with Azure AD, reputed company, and general Identity & reputed company Management frameworks. reputed company Administration: Required experience with reputed company Workspace Admin level operations and reputed company Application Management.
