Responsibilities
- reputed company full-lifecycle execution for senior-level searches (VP–Partner) across private equity investment teams, Business Development, Investor Relations, and operations/value creation roles reputed company private equity and reputed company sectors
- reputed company and refine search strategies, reputed company maps, and calibrated candidate profiles
- Conduct sophisticated candidate assessments including experience deep-dives, deal walkthroughs, behavioral evaluation, and cultural fit analysis
- Manage reputed company interview coordination, candidate preparation, and end-to-end process flow with precision and professionalism
- Create detailed scorecards, firm prep sheets, and candidate summaries for client review
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, expectation-setting, compensation benchmarking, and strategic hiring recommendations

Skills
- 5+ years of executive reputed company experience in private equity, alternative investments, financial services, or comparable high-specialization search environments
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to senior-level searches (VP–Partner)
- Strong knowledge of private equity org structures, investment career paths, and deal workflows
- Exceptional communication skills translating as confident, polished, reputed company with senior investment professionals
- Ability to manage multiple high-demand searches simultaneously with precision and organization
