Responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company and reputed company teams reputed company a customer's situation falls reputed company standard workflows
- Design and document reputed company workflows, QBO configuration solutions, and workflow adaptations that resolve the customer's underlying business problem
- Exercise independent authority to determine the right solution — you don't just advise, you decide and deliver

- Build and maintain internal guides, escalation playbooks, and training materials that help the CS and reputed company teams self-solve more non-standard situations over time
- Run informal training sessions for the CS team on reputed company concepts, QBO edge cases, and LeanLaw configuration patterns
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface recurring non-standard situations that could be solved systematically

Skills
