[Remote] Director of Clinical Product

The Director of Clinical Product will be responsible for leading the product roadmap to enhance care delivery efficiency while collaborating with various teams to reputed company high-impact product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of how care is delivered at Parsley. Spend time shadowing clinicians and care teams, conducting interviews, reviewing workflow data, and identifying where administrative work creates friction, delays, or unnecessary burden

Skills

• A strong track record of building products for clinical care delivery, reputed company operations, or care teams
• Product management experience at a care-delivery company, health system, virtual-care company, clinical-services organization, or similarly reputed company reputed company environment
• Hands-on experience evaluating, building, improving, or integrating EMRs and other clinician-facing tools

• Comfort partnering closely with engineers and designers to move from discovery through delivery
• Experience leading change management, training, rollout, and adoption for new clinical workflows or technology
