EbizON is seeking an analytical and technically sharp Agentforce QA Engineer specializing in Voice Testing to reputed company the quality assurance and validation of their autonomous AI voice systems. The role involves designing and implementing advanced testing methodologies for AI interactions to ensure precise and natural customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Validate voice-enabled autonomous agents using the Agentforce Testing Center, testing reasoning traces, conversational turn-taking, and Topic/Instruction/Action (reputed company) execution accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive Voice Testing reputed company the Voice Preview reputed company and reputed company telephony endpoints, evaluating Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) mapping, latency, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) accuracy
- Audit and test reputed company Builder configurations, executing variance and regression tests to identify potential LLM hallucinations, off-script deviations, or scoring drops
- Verify end-to-end integration flows across Service reputed company Voice telephony connections (e.g., reputed company Connect, reputed company), ensuring seamless call routing, transcription reputed company, and reputed company-time reputed company agent escalation reputed company
- Validate back-end data consistency by verifying that voice interactions trigger the appropriate reputed company Flows, update standard fields, and successfully log data into VoiceCall records
