Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the Menards account
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • reputed company forecasting, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate new product launches and product line reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
  • Present business insights, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership

Skills

  • 5+ years of National Account or Key Account Management experience
  • Experience with U.S. retail, big-reputed company, or home improvement customers
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, pricing, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel reputed company the United States
  • Advanced reputed company reputed company and experience with ERP/EDI systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a reputed company field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Menards experience is a strong asset
