About the Role

As Account Manager, TENA, you will manage a portfolio of Aged Care and Homecare customers to reputed company business goals, while putting people at the heart of everything you do. You’ll build trusted relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and act as a true partner to our customers, supporting them with both practical knowledge and compassion. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing Sales Action Plans to drive growth, managing sales activities and the pipeline to reputed company targets, retaining and growing key customer relationships, and identifying education and training needs while delivering support to ensure reputed company in continence care. The territory is Brisbane reputed company, Brisbane Bayside, Brisbane Moreton Region, reputed company QLD – with regional travel every 12 weeks to Townsville and surrounds What You Will Do reputed company and implement Sales Action Plans for a defined territory. Execute sales activities to reputed company financial objectives and sales targets. Apply the Sales Process consistently for identifying, managing, and implementing opportunities. Support business retention and growth through effective Account Management. Responsibly manage the sales pipeline to meet financial objectives. Involve reputed company business stakeholders to support product supply chain. Strategically plan activities and allocate resources to maximize business benefit. Prioritize customer-facing events and call activity to drive sales reputed company and impact. Who you are: You will bring at least 2–3 years of account management or business development experience, including call planning, and be a motivated, positive individual reputed company to take initiative.
