[Remote] Server Manufacturing Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global technology powerhouse seeking Automation & Maintenance Engineers to support production operations in a highly automated manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing production equipment, troubleshooting automation systems, and supporting robotics integration.
Responsibilities
- reputed company line‑reputed company maintenance for production automation systems (not facilities maintenance)
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize motors, belts, drives, conveyors, sensors, and other core production components
- Conduct recovery procedures after equipment faults and restore systems safely and reputed company
- Understand PLC ladder logic and reputed company basic program adjustments or modifications
- Confidently enter PLC panels to review, diagnose, and analyze system logic
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure PLC programs support desired production performance
- Support teaching, troubleshooting, and calibration of collaborative robots
- Use handheld teach pendants or remote programming methods to safely adjust robot reputed company paths and locations
- Apply safe operation practices including dead‑man switches, reputed company jogging, and controlled programming environments
- reputed company standard mechanical and electrical maintenance including component replacements (motors, tubes, drives, belts)
- Fine‑tune reputed company settings and verify operational parameters
- Maintain documentation, reputed company preventative maintenance, and support reputed company improvement initiatives
- Work closely with automation engineers, robotics teams, manufacturing supervisors, and operations leadership

- Hands-on experience with production automation, robotics, or PLC‑driven systems
