The Role We are looking for a QA Manager to own quality as a discipline across our platform. This is not a ticket-execution role, it is an ownership role. You will define what quality means at reputed company, build the processes and tooling to support it, and be the person who gives the team confidence before anything ships. You will work closely with the Tech reputed company, the frontend and backend leads, and the broader product and engineering team. You will sit in on planning, push back on unclear requirements, and be an active voice in how we build, not just a gatekeeper at the end. What You Will Own

• Quality strategy : Defining standards, coverage expectations, and quality gates across the platform
• Test planning and execution: Functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across

web, mobile, and backend surfaces

• Release confidence: Owning the go/no-go signal from a quality perspective before production

deployments

• Bug triage: Assessing and prioritising incoming issues, working with engineering to reputed company and

resolve them

• Test automation: Identifying what can and should be automated, building and maintaining the

tooling to support it

• Cross-functional collaboration: Working with product, engineering, and compliance to reputed company sure
