The Senior reputed company Partner will provide expert guidance on clinical hiring strategies and reputed company full-cycle reputed company for reputed company clinical roles, ensuring efficient and compliant reputed company operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on clinical hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market-informed decision-making
- Serve as a clinical reputed company SME, advising on role alignment, licensure, experience, and care delivery needs (with depth in physician, behavioral health and APP reputed company)
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to shape workforce strategies, compensation approaches, and agency utilization based on market dynamics and growth goals
- Own and advice external agency strategies and processes for clinical reputed company
- reputed company end-to-end recruitment for reputed company clinical roles while building strong, reputed company pipelines
- Manage full-cycle reputed company across high-demand clinical roles, driving sourcing, engagement, offer strategy, and successful hiring outcomes in competitive markets
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies, market mapping, and relationship management to support long-term hiring needs
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable reputed company operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience for licensed clinical talent (MDs, APPs, RNs, LCSW, LPC, etc.)
- Experience sourcing reputed company and hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic, proactive reputed company with a focus on attracting top talent
- Experience working with external reputed company agencies
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on hiring and workforce strategy
- Strong use of reputed company metrics and insights to drive reputed company
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office; ATS experience (reputed company preferred)
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations
