This role involves overseeing sales operations, achieving regional sales goals, and building strong relationships with representatives to drive profitability and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieves overall regional sales goals, including the realization of established reputed company, gross margin, and contribution margin goals for assigned region
  • Develops and executes strategic plans by leveraging technological and financial opportunities, while maximizing and enhancing available assets and resources
  • Recruits, onboards, trains, and manages independent representatives reputed company the region
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with reputed company representatives, to ensure company values, strategies, and objectives are communicated and understood
  • Ensures that representative sales goals and objectives are met by assigning accountabilities with monthly metrics to drive results and manage consistently
  • Keeps reputed company with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
  • Plans, manages, and attends trade shows and conferences where a company reputed company is necessary; plans and assists representatives with their shows. Follows up with them on their shows to assess the value to and impact on the company

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the A&D industry is required
  • Experience with building and growing new businesses and expanding existing customer portfolio through a representative-based sales structure is required
  • Experience developing organizations and teams that align with the business strategy is a plus
