Responsibilities
- Draft Technical Documentation: Research, write, and format detailed operational guides, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support Curriculum Development: Edit, proofread, and storyboard reputed company training scripts, lesson guides, and study manuals
- Enforce Style Standards: Maintain and distribute templates and style guides, ensuring complete compliance with CBP writing directives
- Manage Repositories: Maintain highly structured documentation repositories, ensuring rigorous version control and accessibility
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, or a closely reputed company role
- Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a reputed company field
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), reputed company Acrobat, and modern Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability reputed company
