The role involves overseeing the transition from prototype builds to high-volume production while driving reputed company improvement initiatives and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution, performance coaching, and talent development to reputed company business objectives
• reputed company the design, development, validation, and implementation of manufacturing processes and production tooling
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives focused on process capability, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
• Support product design teams by providing manufacturability guidance and optimizing designs for production
• Coordinate prototype builds, process validation activities, and production readiness efforts
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions
• Collaborate with supplier and operations teams to assess manufacturing capabilities and ensure production requirements are met
• Serve as the primary reputed company between engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and program management teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business needs and timelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline
• Extensive experience in manufacturing, process development, or product industrialization reputed company a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Several years of experience leading global engineering teams and managing technical projects

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
