The Senior Engineering Manager, Innovations will provide technical and organizational leadership for emerging initiatives, manage engineering teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or closely reputed company technical roles with reputed company growth in responsibility
• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including direct people management responsibility for engineers
• 4+ years of experience leading cross functional technical programs or initiatives that span multiple teams, systems, or organizational boundaries
• Demonstrated experience delivering ambiguous, net-new, or innovation focused technical initiatives from concept through execution
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leadership on resource planning, prioritization, and roadmap or delivery planning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
