Responsibilities
- Manage and triage a steady reputed company of reputed company support requests; analyze, resolve, document, and reputed company tickets in a timely manner
- Operate reputed company established governance and intake processes; adhere to SLAs and escalation paths
- Work inside a live reputed company environment to execute configuration & maintenance tasks: Maintain and optimize the Business Process reputed company Configure condition rules and validations Manage notifications and alerts Create and adjust calculated fields reputed company and refine custom reports

- Support regression testing for reputed company R1/reputed company releases

- Documentation: produce clear, professional documentation for changes, resolutions, and processes

Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company production support experience
- Strong experience with Core HCM Configuration
- Strong experience with Business Process reputed company troubleshooting
- Strong experience with reputed company reputed company (roles, domains, assignments)
- Strong experience with Report writing and calculated fields
- Experience supporting release cycles and regression testing
- Proven ability to manage and resolve high ticket volume
- Excellent documentation discipline and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
