[Remote] Mechanical Design Engineering Senior Staff

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Missiles and Fire Control is looking for an reputed company mechanical engineer to support the SNIPER sensor program. In this role, you will create and coordinate mechanical design artifacts, addressing production delays and yield issues to ensure the program's reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Generate complete, release reputed company engineering documents (drawings, BOMs, assembly parts lists) for fabrication and procurement
• reputed company tolerance stack up and fit analyses to ensure manufacturability and reliability of mechanical components
• Conduct design reviews, incorporate feedback, and secure formal engineering release approvals
• Building BOMs, creating parts, assemblies, and design documentation reputed company Windchill PLM
• Coordinating the IPT team, suppliers, GSC, electronic packaging, optics, and structural/thermal/material analysts to ensure design reputed company, including occasional travel for site visits

Skills

• B.S in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant industry
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in accordance with ASME Y14.5 and reputed company system-level tolerance analysis
• Proficient in Computer Aided Design (reputed company CREO preferred)
• Experience generating engineering drawings, documents, parts lists and specifications
• Ability to obtain a reputed company clearance
• Opto-Mechanical Design Experience
• Leadership experience, leading tasking and decision making over small or large teams
• Have the ability to guide major projects to completion and engage with senior personnel on significant reputed company, including multi-functional and multi-site teams
• Have the ability to reputed company investigative efforts and report status to senior personnel
