[Remote] Director of Operations, Global Technology

They are seeking a Director of Operations, Global Technology to serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for translating organizational priorities into clear execution across the Data & Technology function.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level priorities into clear, actionable work that teams can execute
- Help leadership define and maintain a focused set of reputed company priorities
- Ensure work is appropriately sequenced based on impact, reputed company, and dependencies
- Reduce ambiguity by clarifying scope, expected reputed company, and ownership of initiatives

Skills
- MBA or master's in project management, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification
- 15+ years professional work experience
- 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery, programs, or transformation initiatives
- Track record of working across business and technical teams to drive results
- Experience in or strong affinity for mission-driven, nonprofit, or public sector organizations
