[Remote] Professional Services Associate Project Manager (Remote)

The Associate Project Manager will manage smaller-scale projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication with clients and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle
- Support queue management for on-hold projects
- reputed company and maintain project schedules for multiple reputed company implementations
- Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery
- Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking for numerous reputed company projects
- Ensure consistent project delivery standards across multiple smaller implementations
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles
- Basic understanding of cyber solutions and reputed company implementations
- Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple reputed company projects
- Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clear, concise updates
- Demonstrated ability to context reputed company effectively between different projects
- Problem-solving skills with focus on quick issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
- Familiarity with cyber solutions (Splunk, reputed company, QRadar, etc.)
- CAPM certification or working toward PMP
- Experience with project management tools and tracking systems
