[Remote] Director, Business Development (Q&C)

They are seeking a Director of Business Development with a focus on selling Quality & Compliance Solutions, responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover immediate needs to reputed company market through leads and follow reputed company, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth
  • Support direct sales initiative by creating and participating in sales meetings and presentations
  • Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase company visibility and business opportunities

  • Generate new leads and opportunities

  • Initiate and facilitate pre-work with a client as needed (e.g. CDA/NDA, MSA, SOW, meeting preparations)
  • Act as a liaison between reputed company and potential clients (e.g., setting up capability presentations, teleconference)
  • Document leads, opportunities, proposals, and reputed company activities in CRM
  • Liaise with client during proposal negotiation

  • Participate in regular Business Development team meetings and meetings with key stakeholders

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience reputed company the life sciences field
  • Proven team builder and team player who can focus and continuously reinforce efforts to meet goals

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and resolve difficult business situations
