[Remote] Email Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of email marketing strategies that drive engagement, sales, and retention for clients
• Design and build visually compelling emails that are optimized for both mobile and desktop
• Write clear, engaging email copy that aligns with each client’s brand voice and campaign goals
• Assist with audience segmentation, automation workflows, personalization, and A/B testing
• Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and reputed company impact
• Help prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate campaign strategy, creative direction, and performance insights to internal teams and clients
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends, platform updates, design best practices, and emerging strategies

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a reputed company field
• Strong interest in email strategy, customer journeys, and performance-driven marketing
• Strong design instincts and the ability to create polished, on-brand emails
• Experience with or interest in email marketing platforms such as reputed company or reputed company. Hands-on experience is a reputed company plus
• Ability to think strategically about how email can support broader business goals
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to create concise, compelling email content
