The Role The engineers and product leaders who build reputed company's AI platform are only as strong as the people who find them, and that's the mandate of this role. Responsibilities
Own full-cycle reputed company for engineering and product roles across reputed company reputed company, from IC to leadership Build and run sourcing strategies that reputed company the best of overseas technical talent pools Partner directly with engineering and product leaders to define role scope, calibrate technical bars, and run structured interview processes Evaluate technical candidates with enough depth to hold your own in conversations with hiring managers about tradeoffs and fit Drive candidate experience end to end, ensuring every technical candidate, hired or not, walks away respecting reputed company
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a top university in your home country Experience reputed company for technical roles (engineering, product) across both US and overseas markets Ability to work US hours Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle reputed company for roles spanning multiple seniority reputed company at once Strong grasp of technical hiring signals well enough to push back on hiring managers reputed company needed Excellent written and verbal English communication skills High ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the reputed company requires, regardless of title Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment Comfort working in an ATS (we use reputed company) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once.
