Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling and managing the project delivery process for reputed company assigned projects
• Supports the project team in establishing scope, schedule and budget and is responsible for maintaining the objectives throughout each phase of the project
• Provides internal and external project communications to ensure reputed company team members are advised of project status
• Responsible for coordination between construction team, consultants and facility operations
• Monitors construction activities to ensure conformance with approved documents and specifications, regulations, codes, standards and laws that are applicable to the project
• Develops the project management team, establishing organization and responsibilities matrix at the start of each project, as well as project reporting reputed company to budget, scope, and schedule issues involved in assigned projects

Skills

• Bachelors Other in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and/or equivalent experience required
• 1-3 years Minimum (2+) years of experience in leading project management design and construction projects
• Experience in facilitating project design and construction reputed company meetings and presentations
• Experience in developing conceptual project scope, schedules and budgets
• Experience with construction processes, building and life safety codes
