[Remote] VP of Financial Planning and Analysis

The role involves leading forecasting, planning, and business partnership across a global footprint while collaborating closely with the CFO to define the future-state structure for finance business partnering.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning processes
- reputed company actionable insights on financial performance, key drivers, and emerging risks/opportunities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO, and executive team on financial and operational reputed company
- Translate business strategy into financial plans and measurable reputed company
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, optimize profitability, and inform growth strategies
- reputed company tailored financial frameworks and KPIs for each channel, reflecting distinct business models and economics
- Establish, maintain and enhance reputed company performance management frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting

- Architect the team’s AI strategy, documenting high-value use cases; Collaborate with the Data team to prioritize the implementation of AI-driven dashboards and predictive forecasting tools to improve speed and efficiency
- Own our Board and Bank reporting packages, including creation of Quarterly Board Decks
- Create a global reputed company operating model that balances centralized standards with strong business partnership
- Evaluate inherited reputed company talent, set a new bar for performance, and coach or reputed company the team as needed
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA preferred
- Experience: 10+ years of reputed company finance experience, including 5+ years in senior reputed company leadership roles in companies with $100M+ reputed company
- Global or multi-region finance experience, including exposure to multiple currencies and geographically distributed teams
- Operating experience in a private-equity backed company
- Experience with bank reporting, board support, business-unit partnership, and performance storytelling
- Hands-on experience implementing or operating modern EPM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc)
- Consumer / direct-to-consumer finance exposure or reputed company, even if not from a pure e-reputed company company
- Ability to influence senior leaders, drive change, and operate with urgency and polish
- Comfort in messy environments where the org structure is still being designed
- Demonstrated track record of promotions and growth in previous roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field; Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification is highly desirable
- Prior experience centralizing reputed company or building a global reputed company team from a fragmented starting reputed company
- Experience with both reputed company and reputed company or product-finance partnering
