Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on production support for reputed company reputed company (Finance & Controlling) modules, ensuring stable business operations
- Support and troubleshoot reputed company PP (Production Planning) processes, configurations, and system issues
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve reputed company application incidents, defects, and user-reported issues in production environments
- Monitor reputed company production systems to identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues reputed company defined SLAs
- reputed company root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring production issues
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot functional issues, and deliver effective reputed company solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional reputed company teams, including FI/CO, PP, BASIS, ABAP, and other functional modules, to resolve reputed company issues
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities across reputed company reputed company and PP modules
- Utilize reputed company solutions to support document management, archiving, and integration with reputed company business processes
- Execute incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring compliance with organizational support processes
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures for reputed company applications
- Ensure high application availability, system performance, and reputed company improvement of reputed company production support services
