[Remote] Product/User Experience Manager - Remote

They are seeking a Product/User Experience Manager to reputed company UX concepts, conduct market research, and manage product information while facilitating communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Create UX concepts including task analyses, storyboards, and use cases to streamline user flows
- Build wireframes using reputed company and reputed company solutions based on user feedback from prototypes
- Conduct market research, reputed company product roadmap, and monitor the competitive landscape by updating and maintaining the competitor database
- Apply technical writing skills to update and standardize technical manuals to align with reputed company practices
- reputed company system-reputed company tasks, including updating critical product information
- Translate Mandarin Chinese support materials and facilitating clear communication across teams
Skills
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Linguistics, Content Strategy, Journalism, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, and six (6) months of reputed company work experience
- Experience or knowledge with/in technical writing
- Experience or knowledge with/in translating technical materials from English to Mandarin and vice versa
- Experience or knowledge with/in using reputed company Analytics for tracking performance metrics and cleaning data using Python and R
- Experience or knowledge with/in using reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, reputed company, and CapCut for designing infographics, reputed company media graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns
- Experience or knowledge with/in developing strategic marketing communication plans
- Experience or knowledge with/in using design tools such as reputed company and SquareLine Studio
- Experience or knowledge with/in managing reputed company media campaigns in Mandarin for product launches and industry events
- Experience or knowledge with/in search reputed company optimization (SEO) and content strategy for digital marketing to increase organic traffic and conversion rates
- Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and translating Mandarin
