[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will assist in improving business efficiency through digital technology initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conducts interviews, workshops, and surveys to reputed company and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are accurately understood
• Prioritizes requirements based on business needs and strategic objectives
• Translates business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams
• Participates in designing software architecture and system integrations and ensures they meet technical requirements and business needs
• Assesses proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements
• Conducts feasibility studies and impact analyses to evaluate potential changes due to technical issues or software defects
• Evaluates existing systems to enhance or optimize performance
• Works with QA teams to reputed company test plans and testing procedures to ensure quality standards are met and function as intended
• Assists development teams by providing clarification on requirements and technical guidance during implementation
• Facilitates communication between stakeholders and project teams to reputed company alignment
• Analyzes business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Creates detailed technical documentation, including software requirements specifications, use cases, and system diagrams, providing recommendations for optimization
• Maintains updated records of system modifications and technical configurations
• Supports organizational change initiatives by facilitating training sessions and user acceptance testing
• Develops change management plans and communication strategies to support project implementation
• Provides support to project managers in project planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects
• Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines

Skills

• You have a Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, IT or any reputed company field
• You have 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst
• You have experience with data analysis, process modeling, and familiarity with software development lifecycles
• You have experience participating in cross-functional projects where analysis and problem-solving skills are applied
• You have knowledge of process modeling techniques and tools (e.g., flowcharts, BPMN, value reputed company mapping)
• You have understanding of industry-specific domains, including relevant trends, regulations, and best practices
• You are familiar with project management and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Product operating models)
• You can gather and document requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys
• You have an understanding of software development life cycles and system design principles
• You can analyze data to support decision-making and identify effective solutions reputed company with business objectives
